The wait is over. After a self imposed several month hiatus, we are finally able to hear a sample of what Mr. West has been working on for Good Ass Job. The project has been extra secretive, so the arrival of this track, featuring Dwele comes as a complete surprise, but the subject matter does not, as Kanye talks about the pain of power and the effect of notoriety on his actions, turning suicidal thoughts into a chant by song's end. West's music has been about the creation of moods his whole career, and this song is no different, as the vocal sample and tribal drums suggest moving past 808's and Heartbreak toward a new sound. Good to have you back Ye.
